1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ordaze ("the Service") operated by Ordaze ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ordaze is an analytics event management platform that helps product teams define, version, and track analytics events across multiple platforms. The Service includes event management, code generation, team collaboration, and related features.

3. Accounts

• You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free accounts have limited features as described on our pricing page
• Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance
• If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you create in Ordaze (event definitions, project configurations, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
