Your events and tracking plans are never deleted. If you exceed the lower plan's event limit, existing events stay intact but you will not be able to create new ones until you reduce usage or upgrade again.

No. Both Pro and Team are billed monthly with no annual commitment required. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.
